Workshop Objectives / Course Description: These courses
are focused on
Earned Value Concepts, enhancing Cost Engineering and Project Management
skills including cost engineering, contracting, estimating, planning and
scheduling, productivity, management skills, etc. These workshops will help
participant to prepare for the certification as a Earned Value Professional (EVP)
as well as Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP).
Continuing Education Units: For each course, 1.0 CEU’s will be awarded from
Augusta State University, Augusta, Georgia
Target Audience:
Cost engineers, Planners, Schedulers, Project Engineers,
Project Managers and professionals working in the Finance and Accounting fields.
